Fall is just around the corner and if you’ve been reading my posts lately, you’ve already been reading that I cannot wait!! LOL Football has started, the weather is starting to change (although I wish Texas would hurry up and get with the program!), PSL’s are back at Starbucks and it’s just a really great time of year. I recently ordered myself some new Young Living Essential Oils to diffuse some fall scents. If you are interested in the recipe, just message me! If you are interested in Young Living Oils, I can hook you up with that too!
Anyways, because I’m a lover of fall and everything it entails and brings, I wanted to create a Sugar Scrub that embodies the fall season. This mix fills up an 8oz mason jar and would make a great gift!! So meet your newest sugar scrub…
Fall Spice Sugar Scrub Ingredients
1 cup white sugar
1/4 coconut oil
2 teaspoons fall spice mix*
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Put the coconut oil in a food processor and blend until smooth/whipped. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
Fall Spice Mix Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Enjoy!!
