Let’s talk about some of my favorite beauty products, shall we? 🙂 We shall! So, the first product that I’ve been using nightly is the Simple Micellar Make-up Remover Wipes. Simple sent me some to try out and I LOVE them. I love the make-up remover wipes simply because I’m lazy and they make taking my make-up off at night an easy breasy task. I like the softness of these wipes and it just makes my skin feel clean which is the bomb.dot.com in my book.
Have y’all seen the new butterLONDON and Allure collaboration via Nail Polish? I got a sneak peek sent to me and I’m in LOVE! They are calling the Nail Lacquer collection Arm Candy and they are the perfect shades for fall. My all time favorite shade is Disco Nap which is a charcoal glitter. My second favorite shade in the Arm Candy collection…Statement Piece which is an opaque orange red, crème. They are both GORGEOUS shades!!
Are you familiar with blenders? I know there are a few different brands of make-up blenders but my go-to (and a cheaper version!) is Ulta’s Super Blender Sponge. I use it to help blend in my foundation and it works just like I hope it would! It’s basically 2-sided. One to get into the creases and one larger side that helps blend in across the planes of your face.
One of my go-to lip balms are those little EOS Egg shaped spheres. My favorite flavor is the Lemon Drop. I usually put it on my lips before I go to bed and then after I brush my teeth in the morning. I’m obsessed with having my lips wet (aka not dry) all the time and balms and glosses are my jam because it makes me think they are wet, but they are really just balmed up or glossed up. Anyways, I’m weird, I know. I also like that EOS Spheres have an SPF in them!
Loving the Maybelline Volum’ Express The Mega Plush Mascara. I love how it pumps up the volume on my lashes!! As I’ve gotten older, I’ve noticed my lashes thinning out a bit. I’m trying not to wear a ton of mascara in hopes that I can resurrect them somehow, but when I do reach for the mascara, this is what I’m grabbing!
Looking for a great nude lippy? One of my favs is this Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Sky Line Pink. It’s got a great pearl color to it and I think it really compliments my skin tone!
Have you ever tried an at-home Micro-Dermabrasion? I’ve tried a few and I keep going back to the Bliss Micro Magic. It’s got a great minty smell and feel and I can feel it sloughing off the dead skin off my face. I use it once-a-week. Great stuff for an at-home treatment!
And last but not least…my go-to eye shadow quad is from Clinique. It’s the Clinique All About Shadow Quad called Jenna’s Essentials. Love the looks I can create from this palette!
