So I received my 2nd Stitch Fix box yesterday. It’s been awhile since I’ve scheduled a fix. Partially because I’m a bargain shopper and I don’t like to spend a whole lot of money on clothes. Shoes, maybe. Clothes…well not really. From my first “Fix” I kept 1 top that I absolutely love. So I decided it was time to give them another try. I have mixed emotions about this month’s fix. Let’s take a look…
My Stylist was Annette and her focus on my “fix” this go around was to send me some interchangeable separates. I think she did a great job of choosing the pieces. First up the white pants. I have a pair of white pants that I bought at TJ Maxx last season. I love white pants. I loved the cut of these white pants but ultimately they were too big. So I had to send them back.
Next was the Tartan Skirt. Loved the pattern! Loved the material. Did not like the cut or fit of this skirt. It was high-waisted (which I’m okay with…but this went clear to my lower ribs…so the fit was off). And it was too drapey. Not for me. Back in the box.
Up next was the Dolman top. It’s hard to tell in this above pic but it’s a dark plum color. I own some dolman-type tops so I’m not opposed to them. I just didn’t like this one. And I didn’t like the material. Back in the box it went.
Now on to what I did keep…
The Green and Black striped Cardi. My first thoughts were…ohhh camo colors. It’s a fun material and will pair great with lots of items!
The Black 3/4 Sleeve V-neck top. Because it’s simple. Because it’s classy. Because it’s black. It’s a keeper!
Have you tried out Stitch Fix??

I have never tried Stitch Fix, my husband says I already have too many clothes in our (walkin) closet lol Hopefully though this year after I get all my clothes purged and get to try this! I love the colors on that cardigan though and the black shirt is definitely a keeper!

Hi Taylor! It’s Kasi from your SITS tribe. I am loving your site, and I love your logo! I have never heard of Stitch Fix, but it seems like a cool concept and I will have to check it out! The cardi and top that you decided to keep were cute! Looking forward to see how you styled them!

I love the sweater you kept! I would have liked something like that in my Fixes, but I never seemed to find a stylist that “got” me. Everything was always too expensive (or needed to be dry-cleaned). I need to go to TJ Maxx and poke around. 😉
