Are you ready??? Ange from Hairspray & Highheels and I are hosting a #NOEXCUSES Fitness Challenge for the month of July. Here are the deets:
1. Sign up by June 30th (here) to participate & be eligible for prizes (or use the sign up form below).
2. Log your miles every time you workout. (You will receive a log via email before the start of the challenge.)
3. At the end of the challenge, email a copy of your completed log!
We know that not all cardio is created equal. All cardio (walking, jogging, running, swimming, biking, etc) counts towards your miles so get moving!!
If you bike: divide your miles by 3. So for every 3 miles on your bike, that equals to 1 mile in this challenge.
If you swim: multiple your miles by 3. So for every 1 mile you swim, that will equal to 3 miles in this challenge.
Here’s a tip: 10-15 minutes of intense cardio equates to 1 mile for our challenge purposes.
Don’t run all of your miles. Your body gets used to what you are doing fairly quickly! Keep it fresh and challenging! Push yourself!! Remember….#NOEXCUSES!!

I’m always up for a new fitness challenge! I exceeded the #1800minutechallenge in April and May and I’m currently participating in a 10-week “Biggest Transformation” competition at the fitness center. Last week, I lost six pounds. Yeah! I’m looking forward to doing this with you, but I’m not sure how my cardio will qualify. I do several intense classes every week (Body Pump, SWEAT, Total Body Challenge, and cycling) but only get on the treadmill or elliptical once or twice a week. Every little bit helps, right?!
