My love for Rent the Runway is growing y’all. I first talked about Rent the Runway here. And then I had my very first Rent the Runway experience for the TXWB Farm-to-Table Dinner Event back in November. Every bit of my RTR experience was amazing. From my dress (which I’ll show off below bc it’d make a PERFECT NYE dress) to the service to…well…all of it. Throw in some HOT Covergirl Lipstick and it’s truly a match made in heaven!!

I received Caramel Kiss. It’s the perfect shade of Coral/Pink and it goes on like butter! And the staying power….surprised the heck out of me! I didn’t have to reapply it until after lunch. And that was when I remembered…that I hadn’t HAD to reapply it until then. Y’all…I’m constantly drinking either my morning Chai Tea Latte or Hot Chocolate and then bottles and bottles of water. And then to get through lunch and realize that my lipstick was gone…whoa baby. Some amazing stuff.

The dress above…that’s the one I rented. It was stunning in person. And I felt like a princess wearing it. One thing I made sure of when I was selecting my dress was to read the reviews of the girls wearing the dresses. That was a HUGE help to me. Like seriously…a few of my selections were wiped off the table because of reading the reviews. So…I highly recommend you read the reviews of the dress so that you know that you are going to be excited once it arrives. (PS…you can totally see my review of the Avril dress under the Review area)

The other really cool thing…Rent the Runway sends a backup size for that “just in case” it doesn’t fit moment. The whole process is so simple I only wish I could rent designer clothes every week!!

    I love that color lipstick. I wrote it down so I can remember to go look for it this week. I love that sparkly sequin shift dress. Do you know if they carry plus sizes? What a great idea to rent a dress.
