Fashion Inspiration + Randoms

Hi yo! Hope you are having a fabulous Wednesday. Did I just say Wednesday? Holy geez, where in the world is this week going?? Right on to the weekend. That’s where it’s going! Woot Woot! So today is about fashion inspiration a la pinterest (follow me @pnkheelspnktrk) and some randoms mixed in. I think it makes for a fine blog post. 😉

As I’m writing this, I am currently drinking some good ‘ole fashion mother nature made tea. Well, mother nature made the ingredients that are in this tea. You see, the weather is doing funny things down here in Texas. One day we are in the 80s (in January!! Sorry snow bunnies I wish some of your weather would head our way!) and the next we are under tornado and thunderstorm warnings/watches and it falls to 50s-60s. Like today. And then on top of that this weather yo-yo is making people sick who weren’t already suffering from the flu virus. Boo. So now I’m feeling my sinus’s falling down the back of my throat (yuck..TMI?? ha!) and I must jump on fixing this situation. Cue this tea…

Happens to be a really good invention if you ask me. Works every.single.time.

I’ve decided that people living in my hotel have some very interesting night time routines. Showers at 11pm, 12am, 1am, 2am during the week. Loud stomping at same said hours. Slamming of doors at same said hours. What sounds like a boot camp routine directly above me. Oh, and actually being able to hear someone (several weeks ago) who was staying in the room right above me, get out of bed, walk to the bathroom and proceed to pee. I cannot make this up. I literally covered my mouth in astonishment that I could actually hear this person peeing. Like it was echoing in my room. Like it sounded as if it was happening in my own bathroom. CREEPY! And then I busted up laughing so hard I had to cover my face with my pillow. hahaha

Oh, and you think that’s weird. Sometimes in the morning, I will wake up to the person’s (staying next door) cell phone ringing on vibrate mode. NO LIE! I can hear that phone buzzing on the night stand. But what’s even stranger (is that a word for this context? hmmm) I cannot hear said person have a conversation. Just can hear the phone buzzing. I am definitely WEIRD! haha
