Summertime brings so many fun memories for me. I remember as a kid going to church camp every year and eating my weight in watermelon, getting brain freezes from popsicles and watching the stars with friends. I remember the ghost stories, the campfire songs and shaving cream fights. Summertime as an adult is backyard soirees with friends and family. It’s hanging out at the lake until the sun sets. It’s fishing with my husband. I love so many things about summertime, especially the sweet treats. One of my favorite sweet treats is a good homemade popsicle recipe.
