Living in Texas the only thing better than biting into a sweet, juicy Fredericksburg peach is this Peach Passion Cocktail Recipe. Made from fresh peaches, this cocktail is truly refreshing! And with bikini season here, this champagne cocktail is a perfect choice!
Peach Passion Cocktail
Ingredients:
* Fresh Peach Puree (1 oz per cocktail)
* Grenadine (1 oz per cocktail)
* Champagne (~4-5 ounces per cocktail)
* Peach slices to garnish
* Rim Sugar
***NOTE: If you can not get your hands on fresh peach puree you can substitute with Peach Liquer, Peach Schnapps or a non-alcoholic Peach Mixer
To create your own puree, place peeled and pitted peaches in a food processor and process until smooth. Pass peaches through a mesh strainer into a measuring cup or bowl.
Rim a martini glass in sugar. Combine 1 oz grenadine with 1 oz peach puree. Top off with champagne. Garnish with a peach slice. Enjoy!

Do you buy the fresh peach puree or just make it? This looks phenomenal!! I just posted a recipe with strawberry puree. Mmmmm so good. Definitely making this this summer. If you get the chance stop by for Thursty Thursday today and link this up! It’s perfect! Cheers! hopelesslyeverafter.blogspot.com

Wonder if this would work with other fruits. I am not much of a peach fan. Thanks so much for linking up this week at #HomeMattersParty. Can’t wait to see what you link up next week.

All I can say is YUM! Peaches are overlooked for making good drink flavors.
