Dear Hubs:

On October 7, 2006 we tied the knot. I cannot believe that we’ve been married for nearly 8 years now. Where has the time gone? I remember our first “HELLO” moment but I’m not certain exactly the date. I was dating someone else at the time and we were all hanging out over at one of your friends’ house. I think there was a fish fry and swimming so obviously it was in the summer time. You came over to see what we were doing and that was our first “HELLO” moment. Later we became roommates, sharing the upstairs of a 2-story house while I was a senior in college. And that’s when “us” began to bloom. 2/14/2003.

When we were married, I was 25 and you were 28. We were young-ins in my eyes. And we had no clue what kind of uphill battles we had in store for us. But we held on for all it was worth. And we’ve managed (somehow) to survive.

As we come up on 8 years of wedded bliss (can I say that?? LOL) I want to celebrate all of our milestones. I want to celebrate all the hills we climbed together. I want to celebrate our first “HELLO” because I wouldn’t have wanted to share them with anyone else. You have been my rock through all the bumpy times. You have been my best friend through thick and thin. And you’ve been my support when I thought no one else was around to support me. You’ve never waivered and you’ve put up with my crazy projects/goals/dreams. 😉 I’m excited to see what the future has in store for us and I can’t wait for many more years together.

I love you to the moon and back!!!
