Recently a friend of mine was telling me about Pinnacle Whipped Vodka. I’d never had it before but she was saying how yummy it was. I decided I needed to make it a mission to create a drink with this yummy tasting vodka. I picked some up, brought it home and got to creating. As soon as I opened the bottle, I gave it a sniff. OMG…yummmmmmm!!!! This stuff is tasty just by itself! I tried a few combinations and struck gold with this Spiked Orange Julius recipe. If you’ve never had a classic Orange Julius, it combines orange juice, milk, sugar, vanilla and ice. For my cocktail, I used the Pinnacle Whipped Vodka to replace the milk, sugar and vanilla. And I topped it off with a bit of Sprite to give it some fizz (really just because). I’ve always LOVED Orange Julius drinks and as soon as I tasted my creation, it was the very first thing I thought of. If you make this one yourself, I sure hope it brings you into my world of a Classic Orange Julius…but spiked up. Please drink responsibly!
