Ohh, y’all. This is a really great cocktail. And I’m super excited to be sharing it with you. One of my co-workers was mentioning that she really loved a good French Martini. She described the ingredients to me which were champagne, vodka, chambord and pineapple juice. It sounded so good that I decided to make my own version. Instead of using chambord, I decided to make my own Raspberry Simple Syrup. And it was delish!! Check out my Raspberry Champagne Cocktail recipe below!
Ingredients
1 jigger of Vodka
1 jigger of Pineapple Juice
1/2 jigger of Homemade Raspberry Simple Syrup*
Freixenet Cordon Negro Brut Champagne, chilled
Directions
In a cocktail shaker with ice, add the vodka, raspberry simple syrup and pineapple juice. Shake to combine. Pour into a champagne flute or martini glass. Top off with chilled champagne.

Looks amazing. I might have to replace the pineapple juice with something else (lemon?), but I definitely want to try this.
