I’m excited to share the recipe and photos I took during Chef Matthew McClure’s cooking demo. He made an amazing chicken dish with an okra ratatouille. The smells coming from the kitchen while he was cooking were AMAZING!!!

#AWBU was an amazing weekend. Truly a Blog Conference that needs to be on your must attend list (even if you aren’t a member of AWBU). Filled with great speakers/education, fabulous activities, amazing sponsors and fantastic fellowship. Arkansas Women Bloggers (as well as all of the other state sites) truly embodies their mission: Gather * Grow * Connect.
I’m super proud to be a part of this fabulous community both as an Honorary AWBU Member and as the Community Director of Texas Women Bloggers. If you ever have the opportunity, I HIGHLY recommend this conference!!
