I’m going to preface this with “You’re Welcome” before I get started. So…you’re welcome. 😉 I created this AMAZING breakfast dish for the Petit Jean Meats blog. I’m one of their ambassadors and yep, you guessed it, I create recipes that feature bacon. If you aren’t familiar with my previous bacon dishes and drinks, you might like to check out my Chicken Fried Chocolate Covered Bacon, Maple Bacon Cinnamon Rolls, Bacon Bloody Mary and BLT Skewers. This particular dish is a play on Elvis’ favorite sandwich: peanut butter, bacon and banana sandwich. I called it The Breakfast Elvis. I kicked it up a notch or two (or three) by turning it into a Spiced French Toast and adding Caramelized Bananas cooked in Bourbon Sauce. Yummmmm. Anyways, you’ve got to hop over to the Petit Jean Meats blog to grab the recipe and see the rest of the scrumptious photos. Enjoy!!!

That looks amazing! I’d have to find a substitute for the bananas but I don’t think that will be too hard. Pinned.
