I’m going to preface this with “You’re Welcome” before I get started. So…you’re welcome. 😉 I created this AMAZING breakfast dish for the Petit Jean Meats blog. I’m one of their ambassadors and yep, you guessed it, I create recipes that feature bacon. This particular dish is a play on Elvis’ favorite sandwich: peanut butter, bacon and banana sandwich. I called it The Breakfast Elvis. I kicked it up a notch or two (or three) by turning it into a Spiced French Toast and adding Caramelized Bananas cooked in Bourbon Sauce. Yummmmm.
