In honor of the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day holiday, I’m bringing forth the Irish Mule. It’s a twist on the now-famous Moscow mule…the difference being Irish Whiskey and not Vodka. It’s a light & refreshing drink with a little bit of zing both from the whiskey and Ginger Beer. Super yummy!
Ingredients
2 oz Irish Whiskey
Ginger Beer
1/2 Lime
Ice
Directions
Fill a copper mug or small glass with ice. Add in the Whiskey, then juice from half a lime, then top it all off with the Ginger Beer (fill your cup up!) and stir. Add a sprig of mint for some color. Enjoy!
**Don’t have Ginger Beer handy, try Ginger Ale.
Cheers! And always drink responsibly!
