I’m on a bacon roll, y’all! And this recipe does NOT disappoint!! First, I’ve got this Chicken Fried Chocolate Covered Bacon for ya and now I’m swinging with this Chocolate Martini infused with BACON!! This is a decadent cocktail with both the salty and sweet kick. Pair it with some chocolate covered bacon and oh.my.stars. SO GOOD! Here’s the recipe…
Ingredients
2 oz. Bacon Vodka (recipe below)
2 oz. Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
Splash of Half & Half
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a shaker. Add some ice cubes. Shake shake shake. Pour into a martini glass. Garnish with a piece of Chocolate Covered Bacon. Enjoy!
Bacon Vodka Recipe:
For 375ml of Vodka (I’m loving Dripping Springs Vodka right now! Made in Texas!)
Fry up 3-4 pieces of thick-sliced bacon. I used Petit Jean Meats Hickory Smoked Bacon.
Drain on some paper towels until bacon is cool.
Take a mason jar or anything that you can seal.
Pour 375ml of Vodka into the Mason Jar.
Crumble the bacon and put into the vodka.
Seal and let brew for at least 3 days.
Strain mixture through a cheesecloth, coffee filter or super fine mesh strainer 2 times. (I used a coffee filter and worked like a charm.) You want to make sure you strain the fat out of the vodka as best as you can.
Store your bacon vodka in another mason jar after the fat is strained out. Enjoy!
