I am a huge bacon lover. If you haven’t been able to figure that out by now with my Maple Bacon Cinnamon Rolls, Chocolate Martini infused with Bacon, Chicken Fried Chocolate Covered Bacon, Crown Royal Maple Cupcakes with Candied Bacon, Bacon Mac & Cheese, Bacon & Parmesan Oven Potatoes and Maple Bacon Ice Cream. See? I told you I have a LOVE for Bacon. And these BLT Skewers with a Sriracha Aioli Dipping Sauce are no different! They are perfect for Tailgating or your Super Bowl Party!
Ingredients
Crunchy French Bread (skinny, long roll, sliced and cut into half and then toasted!)
Cherry Tomatoes
Romaine Lettuce
Petit Jean Bacon (cook it how you like it)
Skewers
Sriracha Aioli (recipe below)
Directions
Start by skewing a piece of French Bread, add a piece of romaine lettuce, then skew the top part of a piece of bacon, add a cherry tomato, fold over the bacon and skew it, add another cherry tomato, fold over the bacon and skew it for the final time. Add another piece of romaine lettuce and the finish it off with another piece of French Bread. Repeat.
Srirach Aioli Ingredients
3/4 cup of a small, single cup of Greek Yogurt
3 Tbsp. mayo
3 Tbsp. Sriracha
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients and stir to combine. Serve with the BLT Skewers.
