I’m sharing my quick skincare tips with you today and maybe you can whittle down your skincare routine to a fine science like me. Cause let’s face it…we’re girls on the go. BEST SKINCARE TIPS
TIP #1: Drink water.
First things first. Drink lots of water. No joke. Our bodies are made up of so much water and it takes a lot of water just to keep everything running smoothly. Plus, our skin needs water to stay hydrated. Hydration is so key, y’all. So don’t skimp on the water!! Go grab a glass of it right now!
TIP #2: Use an anti-aging moisturizer.
Another way to keep your skin hydrated is by using a moisturizer. Bonus if it ALSO includes anti-aging properties like Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream. Wearing SPF is a must for me to give me peace of mind that I’m working diligently to protect my skin. So hydrate to keep youthful and SPF to further protect it!
TIP #4: Treat yourself to a facial.
Each week, treat your face to mini-trip to the spa. Slather on a face mask of your choice, relax for 15-30 minutes and let the face mask work to healing/treating/moisturizing/calming your skin.
TIP #5: Exfoliate.
If you notice your skin looks a little dull, try out an exfoliator. But be gentle with it!! Remember how delicate your skin tissues are, especially around your eyes. Apply gently and remember to only exfoliate about once a week or every other week.
